Cancellation policy

Subscription & Monthly Refill Policy

 

Cancellation After Order: Once a new order has been created, it can be refunded after 1 hour within ordered time, after that we are unable to cancel due to the order processing.

Valid Orders: All orders generated after subscription registration are considered valid and final and will be processed and billed accordingly.

Optional Service: Adding a Monthly Refill (subscription) is optional and can be removed at checkout.

Confirmation: After subscribing, you will receive an email confirming your purchase and you can manage your subscription by clicking the "view order" button in the email.

Manage or Cancel: You may cancel your subscription at any time by:
- Clicking the cancellation link in your confirmation email
- Contacting us at trylouma@gmail.com

Renewals: Each scheduled refill automatically creates a new order according to your selected frequency.

Deadline to Cancel
To avoid being charged for your next shipment, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date.
