RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our product with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

If you're not satisfied with your results after trying Louma Aged Garlic Extract, contact us at trylouma@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.

Requirements:

  • - Sale items are non returnable.
  • - Returns/Exchanges are processed mostly as store credit (unless exception)
    - Must be within 30 days of delivery date
    - Product must be returned to our warehouse
    - Customer pays return shipping costs
    - Refund will be issued to original payment method

Refund Amount:
- Opened/used products: Full purchase price minus $14.99 return processing fee
- Unopened products: Full purchase price

Refund alternative #2:
As part of our going green initiative, we can give you a refund of 50% and you can keep the products, to reduce Co2 emissions.

We reserve the right to request reasonable proof of use (such as empty bottles) to prevent abuse of our generous policy.

Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Returns/Exchanges are processed as store credit, which can be used toward any item on our store.

If we decide to do a bank refund, your bank or card issuer may take an additional 7-10 business days to post the refund to your account.

Order Cancellation

To cancel an order, contact us at trylouma@gmail.com as soon as possible.

- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of ordering, after that they will begin to process.
- Once shipped, orders follow our standard return policy
- We'll do our best to accommodate cancellation requests

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery.

We'll send a replacement at no cost to you, including return shipping.

No return of the damaged item is necessary—we trust you.

Non-Refundable Items

- Digital products (e-books, etc.)
- Products returned without authorization
- Products returned to incorrect address

Return Shipping

- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend tracked shipping for returns over $50
- Keep your tracking number until refund is processed

Reserved Rights

We reserve the right to limit or refuse returns in cases of:
- Excessive return patterns (multiple returns)
- Suspected fraud or abuse
- Products returned in unsellable condition due to customer damage

Our goal is fairness for all customers while preventing abuse of our generous policy.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, please contact us at trylouma@gmail.com.

We're committed to resolving issues fairly and honor our 30-day guarantee. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first:
- We'll provide documentation of our guarantee to your bank
- We'll cooperate fully with your card issuer's investigation
- Future orders may require alternative payment methods
